What we collect when you use Studio, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Practice details you enter: practice name, NPI, city, state, number of operatories
- Your answers about software, internet and equipment
- Floor plans, drawings and site photos you upload
- Your email address, if you ask us to send the plan
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed and browser type
How we use it
We use this information to build your technology plan, send it to you, and improve Studio. We check NPI numbers against the public NPPES registry to confirm the practice.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information
- We don’t share it with hardware or software vendors
- We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t upload, patient information
Storage and retention
Answers save in your browser as you go. Plans you send to yourself are stored on our servers for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to hello@ddsfloorstack.com. We respond within 30 days.
